Play kids pool party games with a splash
Tools
Explore the options for kids pool party games this summer.
1. The old tyre tube
Well, not quite, but the tyre tube idea is available as a light and functional swim tube that can suit any size or shape. Smaller models act as a great basic flotation device for kids, and tubes for big kids come with comfortable handles for resting the arms.
2. Boating about
If you've got a medium to large pool, blow-up boats can be a bit of fun when you're playing swimming pool games with the kids. They can fit anything from one to three people, come in a range of vibrant colours and may also have accompanying oars.
3. Rolling around
Ever seen a mouse running round and round in a wheel? Now your kids can do the same thing in the pool with a water roller. Play pool games with an inflatable water roller toy , with an easy-to-grip surface on the inside for kids (or big kids!) to spin on the water for hours of fun.
4. Ball games
Ball games are a great idea for kids pool party games. A simple volleyball net and a few friends will make for a fun social event in the pool. Basketball nets can float on the water or be set up more permanently outside the pool, and are fun for groups, or even on your own.
5. What about babies?
Floating baby seats are a great way to get the very little ones enjoying the water. The seats are suitable for babies up to two years of age and come in a range of exciting models and animal designs. Baby seats usually have a shade top attached to keep delicate skin out of direct sunlight.
6. All gamed out
If all that splashing, paddling and rowing has got you beat, play pool games with a floating bar. These fun, inflatable trays can fit a range of snacks around the outside and come with drink holders or special drink cooler bags for the ultimate pool-lounging experience.
